We're looking for computer technicians to help us with our busy and growing business. We're looking for someone to start immediately.

What you will be expected to do:

  1. Analyze the problem and take the necessary steps to solve it within the customers' desired time duration.
  2. Troubleshoot the issues as desired by the customer.
  3. Issue an invoice and collect payments for the tasks.
  4. Follow up on the services with the customers if necessary.
  5. Maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere throughout the process.

What you are expected to have:

  1. A strong background in providing solutions to technology-based problems at homes and offices over various platforms such as (PC, Mac, iOS, Android).
  2. Own vehicle and basic equipment needed for troubleshooting such as Laptops, Tablets, Smartphone. (Minimum smartphone requirement: iPhone 7 and above, any other phones with Android 5 and above)
  3. Good communication skills, fluency in English, and a professional and friendly attitude
  4. Australian Business Number (ABN) for Part-timer

Role and Responsibilities:

The role will require you not only be hands on various technologies but build capability of the organisation. The role will require you to help define, uplift and improve the standards to that the MSP should be implementing the various infrastructure devices to clients environment.

  • This role is responsible for technical alignment (identification and remediation) to reduce client incidents/tickets and the time spent doing them.
  • Technical client-facing field role.
  • Managing a portfolio of clients as an onsite technical resource (normally will visit one client per day).
  • Truly proactive potential problem identification and remediation role that is closely aligned with ITIL Problem Management.
  • Identify risks and sales opportunities to feed them back into delivery team
