We are seeking a qualified and experienced Relief Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Ryde Inn for an approximate three-month period starting in mid-December 2023. The Relief Manager will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of our establishment and ensuring a seamless guest experience during this temporary assignment.
Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
Guest Services: Provide excellent customer service to guests, handling inquiries, requests, and concerns effectively.
Staff Supervision: Supervise and support staff members, ensuring their adherence to established procedures.
Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.
Financial Management: Monitor daily financial transactions, including room revenue, expenses, and cash handling.
Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate with the maintenance team to address any issues promptly.
Emergency Response: Act as the point of contact for any emergencies, ensuring a quick and efficient response.
The Relief Manager position is for an approximate three-month period starting in mid-December 2023, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.
