I have completed my bachelor’s Degree of Network engineering from Charles Stuart University Sydney by the end of 2019 with knowledge in networking and IT skills. In my current role as shift manager in McDonalds, I am responsible for running the business where I deal with customers and team member which include supporting customer service through face-to-face or on phone. Some of the duty includes Promoting and preserving McDonald’s brand standard and Maintain high level of service to the customer. Similarly, throughout my university I had learned experience as working extensively with Active Directory to create and delete users, reset passwords, connecting windows OS and printer to domain controller as well as exchange server to manage emails. I have sound knowledge of office 365 products. In addition to that, I have good knowledge of scripting (e.g. Bash, JavaScript, basic PHP, etc.) I have supported and assisted teams in data migration to the cloud, email’s domain migration, client on boarding and other support duties. I have shown exceptional communication skills both verbally and written in my current employment internally and externally for our clients. I have also shown expectation troubleshooting skills and have resolved problems of our managed clients and met the service level agreement (SLA) set. My short-term goal is to be affiliated with Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) industry certification from CISCO. My major achievement would be to thrive and concentrate my skills on being a senior network administrator. Experience Shift Supervisor, McDonald’s Sydney Gateway Feb 2015 – present - Worked weekends and managed upwards of 10 crew during the shift - Provided customer service both verbally and written for customers - Assisted in cash management and cash handling for the store - Ensured customer service, food quality, food and store hygiene were met during the shift - Mentored and trained crew on every station and customer facing sections. - Met daily and monthly goal set by the company and delegated task to crew. - Ensured working and site standards were met during and after the shift.
